Release notes & responsibility

What the S-211 Compliance Hub does, how it handles your work, and where human judgment matters.

Updated

01 / Release notes

What you can do in this version

Bring supplier due diligence, supporting records, training, and annual report preparation into one workspace.

  • Prepare an S-211 report. Use the Filer to build a draft, or prepare report sections from your program records in the Hub. Review the narrative, supporting evidence, and approval checklist before exporting.

  • Organize supplier due diligence. Maintain supplier records, collect questionnaire responses, attach evidence, and identify follow-up work. Use the risk heat map to help prioritize reviews.

  • Track policies and incidents. Keep policy owners and review dates together with incident records, corrective actions, and outcomes.

  • Support employee learning. Access awareness learning and role-based training, track completion, and manage training records and certificates. SCORM packages support learning in a compatible learning management system.

  • Manage your workspace. Assign team roles and use the features available to your account. Access to filing exports, program tools, and training depends on your plan and permissions.

02 / Security

How access and saved work are handled

  • Workspace and role controls. Signed-in features use organization membership and role permissions to control access. Administrators should review team membership and grant only the access people need.

  • Save status matters. Check that changes have saved before closing a page or switching workspaces. Some flows also keep drafts in browser storage; clearing browser data or changing devices can remove those local copies.

  • Exports are copies you control. Downloaded reports, workbooks, certificates, and training packages must be stored and shared appropriately. Removing account access cannot recall files already downloaded.

  • Handle sensitive information carefully. Keep sign-in and invitation links private. Avoid uploading passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary personal information in supplier records, evidence, or incident notes.

03 / AI statement

Software assists. People review.

Report drafts and risk and readiness indicators reflect the information your team records. They help you organize and review your work, but do not independently verify evidence or establish that a supplier is free of forced labour or child labour.

If your team uses an external AI service to help write answers or reports, verify the facts against your records and check what information you share with that service. Generated wording is not supporting evidence.

04 / Responsibility

Use the app to support accountable decisions

  • Your team owns the inputs. Keep organization details, reporting years, supplier information, and supporting records accurate and current. Record gaps and uncertainty instead of treating missing information as evidence of low risk.

  • Indicators need context. A readiness percentage, risk label, or completed checklist reflects recorded inputs and application rules. It does not establish certification, independent assurance, or legal compliance.

  • People approve and submit. Review report drafts, obtain the approvals and advice appropriate to your organization, and complete filing through the applicable official process. Generating or downloading a report in this app does not submit it to the government.

  • Learning supports practice. A course completion record or certificate documents learning activity. Your organization remains responsible for applying its policies, investigating concerns, and following through on corrective actions.
